Lifeline
DO YOU QUALIFY FOR REDUCED PHONE RATES?
Under the Public Service Commission's Lifeline Rule, you may be eligible for the Lifeline/Linkup Program, - a partial discount on monthly local-basic-phone-service and one-time
hook-up fees.
You must qualify for one of the following programs:
- Emergency Work Program (EWP)
- Unemployment
- Housing Assistance
- Home Energy Assistance (HEAT)
- Education Assistance
- Food Assistance
- Supplemental Security Income
- Medical Assistance
- Refugee Assistance
- Income at or below 130% poverty level
- General Assistance
- Temporary Aid to Needy Families
This program is available for existing or new customers and applies to local-basic-service only.
Giving false information or failure to notify All West when and if you no longer qualify may
require you to pay for reduced rates given in error. For more information, questions, or to
